Description:
Predominantly brown trout fishing that it is best tackled using a 3-5wt, 7-8ft rod with the best fishing often being in April, May and June. Falling water following a spate in Aug and Sept could provide the chance of a sea trout or possibly a salmon. Long sections of bedrock in the L.Dart although several good glides and undercut ledges. The Huntacott St. has a number of good pools which tend to hold the larger trout.

Fished by only twelve rods last year, 58 brown trout were recorded with the largest a good fish of 13”.

Restrictions:
Fly only. All trout under 8” must be returned, no more than one trout to be retained per day. Please return all salmon and sea trout. Sorry, no dogs. Very comfortable self-catering barn conversions are available at Park Mill Farm Tel: 01769 580068 or email: ray_d_fisher@yahoo.co.uk
