Description:
A lovely section of the River Camel with 6 named, easily accessible pools providing excellent salmon and sea trout fishing. The beat also offers good dry fly and nymph for brown trout. This is a relatively easy beat to fish best suited to a fly rod of around 9ft.

Fished by Passport anglers mainly for brownies in 2013, the beat produced around 100 of these along with a couple of peal. As usual, numerous sightings of salmon and large sea trout were reported following high water.

Restrictions:
Before 16 June fly and spinner only. After 16 June fly, spinner and worm. All trout under 7” must be returned, no more than 2 trout, 2 sea trout or 1 salmon to be retained per day.
